Returns, Refund & Exchanges
We work very hard to ensure that our customers receive garments that they are completely happy with and as such we experience item returns of less than 1% due to our customer’s expectations being met and exceeded consistently.
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction we have developed the following returns policy & procedure that provides our customers with flexibility and peace of mind during your shopping experience with Global Clothing Group. No matter what the reason, you can return any item for a full refund of the purchase price (postage charges are not refundable) or exchange for another item. Please read our returns policy and procedure to gain a full understanding of how it works.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:
1. Any item purchased from GCGme can be returned for a refund or exchange.
2. If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us at email@example.com, we will provide you with the appropriate return label for your location. Please note that, if you’re located in the United States your return location will also be within the US. If you are not located in the United States, we will provide you with an international location closest to you.
3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item. If there is any indication the garment has been worn including the smell of heavy perfume or smoke the item will be returned to you at your cost. If you fail to cover the postage charge then we will donate the item(s) to charity.
4. When we receive your package we will process the return within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us to confirm our acceptance of your item(s) and either the dispatch of your exchanged item or the refund of the full purchase price of the item less all shipping & handling costs.
