I am 6 feet 240lbs I bought an xxl.. My normal size is a L or 12/14, but I followed the designers size chart and it said I need xxl.. The sizing was dang neat perfect. My Chest is not proportionate to my waist and my butt so I did have to have the top altered a little bit to tighten it up around my breast area.
Was a little concerned but to my surprise it was a great fit... would have liked it a bit longer but overall very satisfied....hugs the body so you may want to consider body shaper
